How do you prepare walls prior to painting?
Minor damage, cracks, and imperfections are repaired according to the agreed scope of work. We perform dust-reduced sanding and spot priming where needed. Full skim coating across whole walls is not automatically included in every project and is quoted separately when substrates require it.
How many coats of paint are included?
Normally necessary spot priming plus one to two finish coats are included to ensure even, solid coverage.
How does the ROT deduction apply to interior painting?
